The genuine vpnsvc.exe file is a software component of Avast SecureLine by Avast.
Avast SecureLine provides a virtual private network for anonymous web surfing. VpnSvc.exe runs a process that runs the virtual private network. This is not an essential Windows component and may be uninstalled if not required.
