Tablet PC Input Panel is an interface developed by Microsoft that converts handwriting to text. This interface allows users to enter text into applications that do not come with a custom handwriting interface. Users with the help of the Input Panel can insert text into web browsers, word processing and email applications, website forms and much more. The Input Panel offers three ways to enter text namely via the onscreen keyboard, character pad and the writing pad.
