The genuine igfxCUIService.exe file is a software component of Intel® Common User Interface by Intel Corporation."IgfxCUIService.exe" is in the Intel® Common User Interface which installs alongside drivers for Intel® graphics cards and onboard graphic processor units (GPUs).
