Problem: Blank Screen when starting a New Scan |
It has been observed that on computers where the logged on user has restricted privileges that the underlying Performance Rescue Scan Library throws an unrecoverable exception.
This results in a White Screen with no data and no error is displayed.

Luckily there's an easy workaround to the problem
Simply start the Why is my PC Slow Performance Scanner as Administrator to stop Windows from throwing this error when running the Performance Rescue Scan Library.

You should now be able to run a scan as usual.
